Membership Requirements:
- You are a blonde -- natural or dyed; platinum, golden, strawberry, ash, or even dishwater.
- You maintain a blog, online journal, or diary.
- You are at least 14 years of age.
- The URL you submit must be where your ring fragment is found. It should be easily seen and in a convenient place for any surfers of the ring.
- The ring fragment should look like this once it has been placed on your site:
- You may alter the code (color, font, style) to make it suitable for the style of your page; but all links must work properly and the code must be EASILY SEEN.
- Once your site is submitted, please have your ring code on your page within 24 hours. The sooner the code is there, the sooner I can add you to the ring. If there is a problem, contact me. If you don't have the code on your site within one week I will delete your membership and you will have to reapply.
- You must keep the ring code on your site and it must always be easily visible. I will do random checks to verify this.
- No excessive language or nudity. I reserve the right to remove any site I deem offensive.
- No extreme racism, bigotry or hate.
- No illegal products or services on offer.
